Élan Minds

Centre Élan’s app, for children, teens, their parents and their teachers.

New · Coming soon

Every brain has its own élan.

Élan Minds is the app from Centre Élan Neurothérapie, designed for children and teenagers with ADHD, autism (ASD), specific learning difficulties or tics, and for everyone who supports them day to day: their parents and their teachers.

Games to train the brain while having fun, step-by-step coaching for parents, practical tools to adapt lessons in class: everyone moving forward together, at home, at school and at the centre.

Why Élan Minds?

Every week at the centre, I support neurodivergent children, teenagers and adults. Between sessions, families often ask me the same questions: how can I help my child at home, in practical terms? How can I explain the way they function to the school? What can we do, starting tonight?

Élan Minds grew out of these questions. The aim: to extend support into everyday life, with simple, reliable tools designed for neurodivergent brains, and to bring together everyone who helps the child move forward.

Four spaces, one shared élan

Everyone has their own space, suited to their role and needs.

Children and teenagers

Training through play

  • Adventure world for younger children, where they help Élio make his island grow.
  • Odyssey world for teens, in a video-game style, with Nova, Kai and Sol.
  • Mini-games that adapt to each child’s level.
  • No more than one step a day, to make progress without overdoing it.
  • Rewards that come from effort, never from chance.

Guidance, step by step

  • Gradual parent coaching, inspired by Russell Barkley’s programmes and the recommendations of the French National Authority for Health (HAS).
  • Help with understanding your child’s assessment and reports.
  • Exercises and printable sheets for everyday life.
  • An assistant to answer your questions as they come up.
Teachers

Adapt your lessons easily

  • Adapt a lesson, handout or presentation to the pupil’s profile, from primary school to the baccalauréat (end of secondary school).
  • Help with putting the PAP (personalised support plan for learning disorders) in place: a ready-to-use adjustments sheet.
  • Revision cards, mind maps and exercises generated from the lesson.
  • Fun versions of the lesson, even as a song or a video, to make learning enjoyable.

What makes Élan Minds different

An app shaped by hands-on practice, for families and the professionals around them.

Designed by a practising neurotherapist

Informed by daily practice at the centre since 2018 and by neuroscience research.

Designed for neurodivergent brains

A clean interface, highly readable fonts, short instructions, brief sessions: nothing that overloads or discourages.

Suited to each age group

A warm world for children, and a teen world that doesn’t talk down to them.

A link between home, school and the centre

Parents, teachers and the practitioner work towards the same goals, each with their own tools.

Reliable content

Advice based on research and official recommendations, with no miracle promises.

Sensible screen time

Short sessions and no more than one step a day: play a little each day, then close the app. The most important part then happens in real life.

What Élan Minds is not

Élan Minds is not a diagnostic tool. It does not replace medical or allied health care, or any treatment. It is a training and support tool that complements existing care, alongside the professionals around the child.
