How is your child’s self-regulation developing?

10 questions, 3 minutes: a questionnaire to take stock of your child’s attention, restlessness, emotions, sleep and stress in everyday life.

Think about the last four weeks and go with your first answer, thinking about both home and school. The questionnaire is for parents of children and teenagers aged 5 to 16.

Important. This questionnaire is not a diagnostic test or a scientifically validated tool: it helps you take stock and prepare for a conversation with a professional. Your answers stay on your device: nothing is saved or sent unless you then choose to send your results to the centre.
