class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">In 2023, Sarah Dehan founded the Aide aux Personnes Neuroatypiques (APN) association, which supports neurodivergent people. This project, rooted in humanist values, aims to offer educational support to neurodivergent children, who often face invisible difficulties. The association focuses on children with hyperactivity, attention or learning difficulties, or anxiety. Although these conditions are widespread, they are sometimes poorly understood or insufficiently supported by society.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6008bef elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6008bef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">SUPPORTING NEURODIVERGENT PEOPLE<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bd77b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6bd77b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.assoapn.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>APN association<\/strong><\/a> works actively for children with <strong>neurodivergent conditions<\/strong>, especially those facing difficulties at school. These difficulties are often linked to <strong>learning difficulties<\/strong>, <strong>attention difficulties or anxiety<\/strong>. With school dropout on the rise, APN is taking action to offer <strong>tailored support<\/strong>. This support is innovative, inclusive and accessible.<br>Although often invisible, neurodivergent conditions can seriously disrupt a child\u2019s schooling. They can have <strong>lasting effects on children\u2019s wellbeing and development<\/strong>. APN\u2019s aim is to<strong> support their inclusion at school and help monitor their progress<\/strong>. The association also offers brain-training methods that have been the subject of scientific research.<br><strong><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.neurofeedback-ile-de-france.fr\/en\/integrative-neurotherapy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Biofeedback<\/strong> <\/a>and<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.neurofeedback-ile-de-france.fr\/en\/programme-qeeg-assessment-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>qEEG neurofeedback<\/strong><\/a> are useful, <strong>non-invasive<\/strong> tools. These methods are still rarely reimbursed by health insurance in France. The aim is to improve the quality of life and independence of people with learning or attention difficulties.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">As part of its work for the wellbeing of neurodivergent pupils, the association <strong>allocates part of its funds to covering neurotherapy programmes and neurofeedback sessions<\/strong>. This spending mainly goes towards funding <strong>direct support for pupils<\/strong>. The aim is to improve their mental and cognitive wellbeing.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">We bring this approach into schools. This <strong>helps transfer what is learned into everyday school life<\/strong>. The APN association provides <strong>educational support for neurodivergent children in order to <\/strong>tackle this problem, supporting pupils throughout their school years. The aim is to <strong>prevent the difficulties that can lead to dropping out or to school refusal (school phobia)<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Through <strong>targeted follow-up<\/strong>, the association makes sure that each child receives <strong>support tailored to their specific needs and learning pace.<\/strong> APN gives them the tools they need to succeed. The association works to raise public awareness of these realities. It aims to improve the <strong>recognition of neurodivergent conditions<\/strong> and to <strong>strengthen support for children and those around them<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">APN supports families by providing resources and practical advice. At the same time, the association runs awareness activities for health professionals, teachers and the general public. These initiatives aim to build <strong>collective awareness of invisible disabilities<\/strong>. They also seek to <strong>break down stereotypes<\/strong> and to<strong> reduce stigma<\/strong>. Through education, the association promotes <strong>better inclusion at school<\/strong> for neurodivergent children.<\/p><p>We also plan to support scientific and medical research into these
